Tariffs for Apartment Rental in Central Paris
Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Paris! Below you will find the tariffs for our apartment rental. Whether you’re planning a short stay or a longer visit, we offer competitive rates and a comfortable, luxurious stay.
1. Before reserving, please be aware of these restrictions:
To ensure a comfortable stay for our guests and for our neighbours, we have a few simple rules:
no visitors,
no parties or events,
no smoking,
no pets.
Our building rules impose a noise curfew from 23:00 to 07:00.
Please respect the peaceful environment of our building and treat the apartment as you would your own home.
2. Standard Rates

3. Additional Fees
- After Departure Cleaning Fee: €150 (one-time fee)
- Security Deposit: €1500 (refundable)
- Late Check-In Fee (after 9 PM): €50
- Early Check-Out Fee (before 7 AM): €50
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
A €1500 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The rent is due 14 days before your arrival. Cancellations made less than one month before arrival will forfeit the rent due.
